Mia, she answered the phone. She was amazing. Very simple very easy. I purchased a lot of storage units because I’m a MOVING company owner. Maybe it’s because it’s not a huge corporate place that it’s so great. I don’t know but highly recommended.

They were prompt. Never bothered anyone when I come in at 3:00 in the morning or 5:00 morning once or twice. They were understanding when a payment didn't go through. "Gave me 3 days to fix it". The flexibility and how quickly I needed it was all available had no problems with the staff or the facility

Friendly and always able to get ahold of through phone or text. Email too. Haven't reserved my spot yet only because I have to figure out exactly what size I need and they have been more than helpful answering the questions I have about it all. Just going to drive by and check out the place and then most definitely going to get a unit. This may be too much information but I do just really appreciate the service so far.

Paul responded to a call I made about storage and he was very professional. He was informative and knowledgeable. Super easy process was laid out for us. The only reason we decided on another facility is because we didn’t need the larger size storage that was available. Thanks for the help.

Great rates for storage, moving in was easy and the staff was extremely friendly. The best part is how wide and open the isles at the facility are for ease of access and maneuvering with a trailer.
