How do I rent a unit?

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every unit is month to month, so you only pay for the time you need, and you give notice when you are done.

What are the access hours?

The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern.

How does the first month discount work?

Rent at the online rate and your first month is discounted, applied automatically to your first invoice. The regular rate starts in your second month. There is no code to enter.

What sizes do you have?

Drive-up units in 5×10, 10×10, 10×15, 10×20 and 10×30, a few indoor units, and parking spots. Call or text and we will match you to the right space.

Can I store a car, a boat or a trailer?

Yes. A car fits a 10×20 unit, and the parking spots take cars, trailers and boats. Call or text and we will match you to the right space.

Can I switch to a different size later?

Yes, depending on what is open. Call or text and we will move you to a size that fits better.

How do I pay my bill?
